Mother Daughter Riding Retreat August 7 - 9, 2009 The Teamwork equestrian staff will be joined by licensed family counseling professionals to bring you a weekend of riding, mother-daughter bonding, and fun! You'll learn Teamwork's proven approach to developing a reciprocal relationship with horses. Teamwork's messages of clear communication, understanding roles, and building trust will be mirrored in activities and exercises designed to help mothers and their daughters achieve harmonious interactions. Riding activities will take place on our trails & in the ring, paced to each participant's skill and interest level. This retreat is suitable for any level rider, novice to advanced. Ride our horses or bring your own. There'll also be plenty of time to relax, explore local attractions or go swimming in the river. A rare opportunity for mother and daughter to share an adventure without distractions. All meals, from our mediterranean-style gourmet kitchen, are included. We will be camping with toilet and hot showers facilities (Limited cabin accommodations also available.) We are strictly limited this Retreat to 6 participants, so book early.  Dude Ranch For Dudes™ Men's Retreat September 11 - 13, 2009 No riding experience is required to participate: we'll show you the fundamentals of riding and horsemanship so you can handle yourself on a trail ride - and impress chicks with your 'horse-whispering' skill! We'll also be engaging in lighthearted activities and discussions (no drumming, no spirit walks) to affirm our pride and confidence in our masculinity, which is so often maligned in today's society. All meals will be provided, and will be prepared in a 'cooking show' format so you can learn easy gourmet recipes to add to your manly culinary repertoire. We'll be camping in tents or cowboy
